Frequently Asked Questions

Do you pour or resurface concrete?
We do not provide these services.
Why do you only provide concrete leveling and soil stabilization services?
From early on, we decided to focus on this area of specialization, which would allow us to be the best in the industry.
What does concrete leveling and lifting entail?
We drill small holes and inject a specialized two-part polymer under the slab; when the chemical reaction occurs, it compacts the soil, fills any void and then lifts the concrete.
What is soil stabilization?
This service entails injecting the polymer to stabilize inadequate or poorly compacted soils beneath the ground surface, which may range from just a few feet deep to as deep as 20 feet. To identify unstable soil layers, we utilize specialized engineering equipment known as a dynamic cone penetrometer (DCP).
What makes you stand out from your competitors?
We are a family-owned business that prides itself on meticulous attention to detail. For instance, during our initial meetings with potential clients, we take the time to comprehensively explain our services, guide clients through the entire process, and set realistic expectations while addressing any questions they may have. Moreover, we offer a transferable 7-year warranty, demonstrating our confidence in the quality of our workmanship.

One distinguishing aspect of our technique is the minimal impact it has on your property. The holes we drill into the concrete are significantly smaller than those used by our competitors. In fact, they are often so discreet that they can be challenging to locate, showcasing our commitment to a clean and efficient approach to concrete repair.

Do termites eat the polymer or foam?
We get asked this question often. Termites eating the polymer foam is misinformation. Termites do not eat the foam; in fact, some termite companies actually fill voids with the polymer in their treatment of termites.
How long will the polymer last?
50-100 years
